The decor reflects the local culture beautifully.
I found the staff to be rigid and unresponsive. Their approach made my experience feel ordinary instead of exceptional. I expected a higher level of service, especially for a boutique hotel in a prime location.

Couples looking for a romantic getaway
The room was spacious and uniquely designed, I just kept staring at the very nice views. And the staff were super friendly, always ready to make anything happen! We even had this amazing trip set up to a nearby colonial town, which was lovely.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you'd expect that for such a nice place.

Views that take your breath away
The stunning panoramic view of Morelia from our deluxe room truly made our mornings special, each gaze out setting the tone for adventure. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home.
However, I found the staff somewhat rigid and unresponsive at times, which detracted from an otherwise lovely stay. I expected a bit more warmth and attentiveness typical of a boutique hotel.

The view of Morelia from the deluxe room blew me away! Every morning started with that breathtaking panorama. The unique room layout added such charm—different from typical hotel designs. I loved the attention to detail in the decor, reflecting local culture beautifully. However, I did feel the staff fell short of expectations. Their rigidity made my experience feel more ordinary than extraordinary, especially for a boutique hotel. I’d hoped for a more responsive approach. The location is great for walking around the historic center, and I found the terrace a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring.
